In accordance with applicable law, the owner or manager of a facility utilizing mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems is responsible for the quality and cleanliness of the air supplied by these systems. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct periodic inspections of the ventilation ducts—documented by a ventilation system inspection report—and, where necessary, to carry out a cleaning process confirmed by a report on the cleaning of the facility's ventilation ducts.
